Ted Archer an Introduction...!

There I was, sitting on a trade stand in the un-bear-ing heat at Tewkesbury Medieval festival...when, suddenly I saw two fair maidens eyeing me up. I thrust out my chest, showing off my chain-mail armour in the hopes of being known as better than my siblings on the stall. What luck!! I got picked out there and then... a few more arrows were added to my quiver and off I traveled into a wicker basket! First we went to watch the archery Competition and then up to the Battlefield.... hair raising stuff for a little bear, I may add! They Bear-ly know me yet, and Derek was talking of me having my own tabard for the club! Oh what joy!!
Much later on, in the afternoon I was taken out to a an old country inn...where I sat on the table - the only person given and even allowed this honour - and meet more of the household members. It was such a hot day, I even took a sip of Pedro's IPA...though I would rather of showered in it, it was that hot! Then I had a quick cuddle with Grant before going to my bear-bed. What a unbear-lieveable day! (Please excuse my spelling, just bear with me here)!
The next day, I went shopping with some of the household members - so much to see, then I helped Tas choose a tail for Kelly and herself...a memento of the event...well, of course I helped them choose, I have excellent knowledge in fur. Now, Nick spotted some armour and I briefly wondered if I would be made to be a  bear-er of arms. I already have my sword and shield, you know.  The next thing I know and Terry, is buying me my own set of arrows. I wasn't pre-beared for that and my little heart ached with joy. Tas said they were for someone called Kallum, but I know they intend to make me a matching set in house hold colours! What a Terrific time I had at Tewkesbury!
Monday dawned, at it was time to make the long trip home, I didn't lose my bearings but we did stop at Burger King....I looked forward to seeing my new home, but it would take until Wednesday before I did.... and guess what happens in between?

I had a new tabard fitted, which hides and protects my teddybits
! AND my shield now shows my dedication to the club! Then I had a sneak peek inside the away house and before my paws could touch the ground, it was off to my home.... Hahaaa!! I have my own Castle! How unbear-able is that? I know, I'll just have to grin and bear it. On top of that, I've been photographed for something called facebook.
